Institutional Covenant and Binding Agreement

By accessing the digital infrastructure of Continental Christian University (CCU) and enrolling in our academic programs, the individual (hereafter referred to as "the Scholar") enters into a legally binding covenant with Continental Christian University, LLC. This agreement governs the use of all proprietary educational materials, digital interfaces, and the conditions of degree conferral. Engagement with CCU materials constitutes an irrevocable acknowledgment of the jurisdictional and accreditation disclosures previously stipulated.

Intellectual Property and Proprietary Pedagogical Materials

All instructional modules, video archives, syllabi, and botanical research data are the exclusive Intellectual Property of Continental Christian University. The Scholar is granted a non-transferable, limited license for personal vocational enrichment. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public exhibition of CCU’s proprietary content—including "leaking" course videos or sharing login credentials—constitutes a breach of this covenant and may result in immediate expulsion without refund and the initiation of legal proceedings for copyright infringement.

Termination of Access

The University reserves the sovereign right to terminate a Scholar’s access to the digital campus for conduct deemed unbecoming of a CCU representative, including but not limited to: digital harassment of faculty, fraudulent representation of academic achievements, or violation of the Intellectual Property clauses stated herein.

Intellectual Property and Proprietary Pedagogical Materials

Continental Christian University operates on a Tuition-at-Enrollment model. To ensure institutional stability and the continued curation of creation-based research, the following refund parameters are strictly enforced:

  • The Seven-Day Review: Scholars are entitled to a full refund of tuition fees within seven (7) calendar days of initial enrollment, provided that no more than two (2) instructional modules have been accessed or viewed.

  • Irrevocable Commencement: Once a Scholar has accessed more than two modules or surpassed the seven-day window, the tuition is deemed fully earned by the University, and no refunds—partial or total—shall be issued.

  • Chargeback Protection: The Scholar agrees that initiating a "chargeback" through a banking institution without first seeking a resolution through the University’s Bursar’s Office shall be considered a bad-faith breach of contract.

Limitation of Liability and Vocational Warranty

The University provides a specialized, non-secular curriculum. CCU offers no Vocational Warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the acceptance of its degrees by secular employers, state-licensing boards, or other academic institutions. The University shall not be held liable for any professional rejections or financial losses incurred by the Scholar’s use of the degree in a secular capacity. The Scholar assumes all risk regarding the external utility of the conferred degree.
