Programmatic Tiers & Ecclesiastical Designations
The School of Scriptural Phytochemistry represents the University’s center for the molecular analysis of the Divine Archive. Our curricula are engineered to investigate the chemical 'fingerprints' of the Creator within the plant kingdom, focusing on the volatile oils, resins, and alkaloids mentioned throughout the Holy Text. From the Associate level to the terminal Doctoral research phase, scholars engage in a rigorous study of the covenantal properties of flora—bridging the gap between ancient apothecary wisdom and modern biochemical inquiry.
-
The Foundational Inquiry into Divine Flora
A 60-credit introductory curriculum focused on the core principles of Scriptural taxonomy and the identification of primary biblical species. This program establishes the essential linguistic and biological framework required to interpret the natural world through a strictly exegetical lens.
-
The Comprehensive Mastery of Primordial Systems
A 120-credit intensive program designed to provide a totalizing command of antediluvian botany and Levantine ecosystems. Scholars move beyond identification into advanced morphological analysis and the historical-theological study of vegetation from Genesis through Revelation.
-
Advanced Research in Exegetical Taxonomy
A 60-credit post-graduate track emphasizing specialized research and the synthesis of botanical science with biblical hermeneutics. This program is designed for scholars intended for institutional leadership and the defense of creation-based science.
-
The Pinnacle of Scholarly Stewardship & Original Contribution
The terminal 60-credit degree representing the highest level of expertise in Edenic studies. Candidates are required to produce a formal dissertation that provides an original, high-level contribution to the field, culminating in a defense before the University’s Academic Council.
The Path of Molecular Stewardship
Constituent Identification
Scholars begin by isolating the chemical constituents of biblical flora, identifying the specific molecular compounds mentioned in the Hebrew and Greek manuscripts.
Covenantal Analysis
We analyze the function of these compounds within the context of the Biblical Covenant, studying how resins and oils were used for sanctification, healing, and worship.
Laboratory Synthesis
Students engage in theoretical and practical synthesis, understanding how God’s chemistry interacts with the human biology to produce therapeutic and spiritual effects.
Institutional Stewardship
Graduates are equipped to lead ministries, research centers, or apothecary practices that honor the Creator through the responsible application of phytochemistry.
Scholarships/Awards
Recognizing the multifaceted excellence of the modern steward.
Continental Christian University is committed to supporting scholars whose lives reflect the vitality and discipline of the Creator’s design. We believe that botanical mastery is enhanced by personal character, physical stewardship, and a commitment to the communal good. As such, CCU offers numerous specialized scholarship pathways for incoming candidates.
“Then Isaiah said, ‘Prepare a poultice of figs.’ They did so and applied it to the boil, and he recovered.”
